# PathAble AI

> PathAble AI (PathAble, LLC) is a disability-led studio in Swedesboro, New Jersey. It builds affordable, plain-language AI tools for disability employment services, for vocational rehabilitation (VR) agencies, community rehabilitation providers, schools, and the job coaches and direct support professionals who do the work. It also publishes free disability-resource portals for all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and every county (3,143 counties). Core principle: augment staff, don't replace them.
