    While the landscape may be turbulent, PathAble is pushing ahead with momentum. I'm excited to share several updates on our expansion and what we've achieved this year so far.

    Connie Gilbert Rust starts as Chief Operating Officer

    Connie Gilbert Rust (MBA, LCSW) joined us earlier this month! Fiercely passionate about the work through her lived and family experience, Connie comes to PathAble after her departure from Joshin (acquired by RethinkFirst in August 2024). With deep experience in clinical, non-profit, academic, healthcare, government agency, human resources, and strategic consulting, we're thrilled she's part of our core team as we grow → Connect with Connie

    PILOT STARTS APRIL 1ST

    Apply to our pilot!

    We are seeking institutions across the disability employment sector and lifestyle (Vocational Rehabilitation, Higher Education, and Non-Profit entities) to participate in our one-time, comprehensive pilot program. Upon completing the pilot program, you can expect:

    • Increased employee satisfaction
    • Reduced errors & omissions
    • Administrative time savings
    • Streamlined agency-wide protocols
    • And more.

    After the pilot, organizations can expect to maintain long-term influence on PathAble's growth and strategic scaling.

    Contingent on agency bandwidth, the pilot will comprise three main stages:

    1. 1. Discovery | 4-8 weeks | April 1st - May 31st
    2. 2. Launch | 8-16 weeks | June 1st - September 30th
    3. 3. Ongoing | October 1st - Ongoing
