PathAble AI is a platform built for the people who do disability employment work — job coaches, direct support professionals, vocational rehabilitation counselors, and the agencies and schools that employ them. It is designed on one principle: augment, don't replace. The technology removes paperwork and administrative friction so staff can spend more time in the human relationships that actually move outcomes.

What the platform includes

• AI Career Assistant — helps job seekers with disabilities explore careers, prepare for interviews, and navigate the employment process in plain language.
• Coach Dashboard — gives job coaches and DSPs a single place to track goals, document progress, and cut time spent on notes and reporting.
• Data Insights — turns service activity into the outcome reporting that agencies and funders require, without manual spreadsheet work.

Who it's for

Vocational rehabilitation (VR) agencies, community rehabilitation providers, supported-employment programs, IDD service providers, and school transition teams preparing students aged 16+ for the workforce. The platform is HIPAA- and FERPA-conscious and co-designed with the disability community under the principle of "Nothing About Us Without Us."
